Supported Independent Living
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is about much more than a roof over your head; it is support to live your life your way. Whether you need 24/7 assistance or drop-in support at key times of the day, our team helps you build the everyday living skills that make a house feel like your own home.
We work with you, your family and your housemates to create a warm, respectful household where routines suit the people who live there, celebrating every small step towards independence.
How we work together
Your NDIS plan sets the direction, and we make sure every support moves you closer to the goals inside it.
We sit down with you (and anyone you'd like involved) to talk through your plan, your goals and what a great week looks like for you.
Together we shape supports that fit your routines, culture and preferences, matching you with workers who suit your personality.
We check in regularly, track how things are going and adjust your supports as your goals grow and your life changes.
