About us
Care that treats you like family
Divine Care Group exists to empower people living with disability and older Australians to live with dignity, independence and confidence through compassionate, high-quality, person-centred care.

Our story
Built on relationships, compassion and respect
Divine Care Group is a trusted NDIS and Aged Care provider based in Minto, Southwest Sydney. Since 2022, we've been supporting people living with disability, older Australians and their families across Southwest and Western Sydney, including Campbelltown, Ingleburn, Liverpool, Parramatta, Merrylands, Blacktown, St Marys and Penrith, and communities right across NSW.
We started with a simple belief: great care begins with genuine relationships. That means taking the time to know you, listening to what matters most, and showing up with warmth and reliability on every single visit.
- Person-centred plans shaped around your goals, preferences and lifestyle
- Open, honest communication with you, your family and your carers
- Reliable, responsive service you can count on, day after day
- Culturally inclusive care that honours your values, beliefs and traditions
